Inconsistent cleanliness was evident!!! The air conditioning didn’t function properly, leading to uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the shuttle service had confusing pick-up locations, which could easily frustrate tired travelers!!!

The airport shuttle service was super helpful and on time! Plus, the decent rate for such a close location to IAH made it valuable during my layover.

Unfortunately, check-in was confusing, and cleanliness was inconsistent, which detracted from what could have been a more comfortable stay.

I had a decent stay here for a night. The guy at the front desk was super helpful when I struggled with my bags. He actually helped me back up the stairs after my keycard wouldn’t work! The room was fine, but the transportation was a mess. I waited forever for a ride to the airport and ended up having to grab a taxi last minute.

However, constant noise from passing airplanes and city sirens was disruptive, and breakfast options were quite limited, only offering a muffin and coffee.

Check-in wasn't ideal. The outdoor check-in window created confusion, especially in the rain. The room had a fresh appearance, but noise from outside made it hard to relax. The loudness from people passing by and the vending area was distracting. Breakfast was disappointing. minimal choices and poor drink options didn't start the day right. The shuttle service also lacked reliability. Sometimes it was prompt, but other times it felt unorganized and overcrowded. Staff interactions ranged from friendly to somewhat indifferent. They were helpful when required, but not consistent. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport. it was essential for my trip. Overall, despite some positives, several factors dampened my stay.
